At Thrive NOLA Spa, we want to ensure that your reservation is secured and that you have a seamless experience with your chosen therapist. To guarantee your reservation, a deposit is required. The deposit serves as a commitment to your reservation and allows us to make the necessary arrangements to provide you with a personalized and rejuvenating session.

Please be aware that the deposit is non-refundable. To rebook within 24 hours of your reservation will be considered a no-show and must rebook with a new deposit. Rebooking before 24 hours will be granted a full refund or reschedule.

A $35 rescheduling fee applies to any appointments rescheduled on the same day of the original reservation. To reschedule for a different day, a completely new appointment must be booked with a new deposit.

The remaining balance for your session will be settled 24 hours before your reservation via the card on file. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with our deposit, reservation, and cancellation policies.

Payments are accepted from Major Credit Cards and Thrive NOLA Gift Cards. We Do Not accept cash. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction.

In the event of a no-show for a scheduled reservation, the Spa will render the remaining funds for reservation. This fee is essential in acknowledging the commitment and effort our therapists put into preparing for your session. We kindly request your cooperation in honoring your reservations or providing sufficient notice, 24 Hours in advance, if you need to cancel or reschedule. Your support in respecting our policies helps us maintain the high standards of service we are known for.
